Our New Florida Home

This is our new home! It's in a nice, family neighborhood and our lot has lots of big shady trees...to help keep us cool down in the sunshine state. It's red brick with white and green trim and at the mouth of a cul-de-sac, which will be fun for the kids to ride around....I've already seen the neighborhood kids out going around and around. :)

View after walking in the front door towards the living room. The kids bedrooms and bathroom are to the right.

Looking left from the front door into the dining room, which we'll make into our office/guest room.

Walking further into the living room, the kitchen and breakfast room are on the left.

Walking more into the living room and turning more to the left you can see more of the kitchen. The laundry room door is next to the refrigerator and also goes to the garage. The door on the right goes to the master bedroom.

The kitchen. The dining room/office is beyond it on the right. (There are two openings into the office.) The sink and dishwasher are on the other side of the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom has two windows that look out into the backyard.

The master bathroom has a double vanity sink, garden tub, and separate shower. The master bedroom closet is across from the shower and is HUGE! There is also a linen closet.

This is one of the kids' rooms. This is the front room and has a single large window. The backroom has a single window. Both rooms have bi-fold closet doors. In between the two rooms is the bathroom and a linen closet.

Looking at the back of the house from the backyard. The backporch is partially covered...we might need to plant some glass, but I love how shaded the backyard is.

The property managers are going to powerwash the exterior to clean it up.

It is 10-20 minutes from just about everything. I think it is going to be a wonderful house to live in! Can't wait to move it!!
